Nope! Our animals live naturally on pasture, reducing stress and illness. We only use antibiotics if an animal’s health requires it, but that’s rare—and we’ll always disclose it if it happens.
Our sheep, goats, and hens roam freely, foraging and socializing as they’re meant to. We provide shelter, fresh water, and attentive care, ensuring they live healthy, stress-free lives.
Safety and Preparation
Keep eggs refrigerated (pointy end down) and use within 4-6 weeks for peak freshness. Lamb and goat meat can be refrigerated for 3-5 days or frozen for up to 6 months—store in airtight packaging to preserve quality.
Our eggs and meat are fresh and raised with care, but we recommend cooking eggs to at least 160°F (71°C) and meat to safe internal temperatures (e.g., 145°F/63°C for lamb, 160°F/71°C for goat) to avoid any risk.
Lamb shines with a quick sear or slow roast—try rosemary and garlic! Boer goat meat excels in stews or grilled with bold spices like cumin. Our [Recipes] page will be coming soon for inspiration!
